How can we help?

Most HapticBuilder questions have a quick fix. Start here, then email us if you still need help.

Why can’t I feel a custom pattern?

Core Haptics works on a physical, supported iPhone. Make sure Haptics is on in HapticBuilder Settings and System Haptics is on under iPhone Settings › Sounds & Haptics.

Why does a pattern feel different on another phone?

Haptic strength varies by device, case, grip, and surface. Hold the phone naturally when comparing patterns.

How do I share a pattern?

Open a pattern in Library, tap Share, and choose Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or Files. HapticBuilder exports a small .hapticbuilder file.

How do I open a shared pattern?

Tap the .hapticbuilder file on an iPhone with HapticBuilder installed. You can also use the Import button in Library. Legacy .hapticloom files remain supported.

How do I restore HapticBuilder Pro?

Open Settings in HapticBuilder and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and check your internet connection.

How do I export a pattern for Xcode?

HapticBuilder Pro can make an Apple AHAP file and readable Swift source. Open a pattern in Library, tap Developer export, then share a file or copy the Swift code.

How do I play a pattern from Siri or Shortcuts?

Open HapticBuilder Settings and tap Shortcuts. Add Play Haptic Pattern, then choose a saved or starter pattern. You can also assign the shortcut to the Action button on a supported iPhone.

Where are my patterns stored?

Your library stays on your device. HapticBuilder does not upload patterns to its own server.
